Vintage Seiko Mickey Mouse Top Hat Pocket Watch Porcelain Quartz Desk Clock. Few spots of paint missing and repaired chip on top hat but needs touch up paint. I bought new, had it store in climate control unit. Most of Mickey is still intact and image a gentle clean with touch up will still be a treasured gift. From the eighties is my recollection.
