Pre-owned.  Light scratches on top cover.  The back battery cover is missing.  The clock works, however, the missing battery cover holds the battery down to work.  Since, there is no cover the battery does not get pressed down to work.  Up to the new owner to find a battery cover or fix for the clock to work.  Or, use as spare parts, or collector's piece.
