SEALING ENVELOPE.  UNUSED!
THIS IS MORE FOR THE ENVELOPE THAN THE STAMP!  The stamp is PARTIALLY canceled on one edge with CHESS in English & Tamil (?).  EXCELLENT CONDITION!  It's in a plastic sleeve with that label on it.  The envelope is undamaged.  And never sealed or written on.  5 & 1/4" x 9 & 1/4".
This will be mailed FIRST CLASS in a reinforced envelope, with NO TRACKING to save on your postage.  Please mark as ‘received’ or ‘delivered’ on eBay when you receive it.  It helps a lot.  Thank you!
