All defective, dead on arrival (DOA) items will be inspected and tested. If the item tested to be in working condition, the RMA will be rejected and the item will be returned to you at your cost. Once the defect is verified, we will only refund the price of the item. Shipping charge will not be refunded. All returned items must be the same condition as shipped in order to receive a refund. Note that any physical damage will automatically void the product warranty and we will return any products that exhibit physical damage back to you.
