    Description

    The invention of the Chuck Wagon is attributed to Charles Goodnight, a Texas rancher first invented in 1866 and lasted about 20 years.
    The Chuck Wagon is a symbol of the rugged individualism and can-do spirit of the American frontier.
    The Chuck box at the back of the wagon which was a sloping box with a hinged lid that lay down to provide a flat working surface and table. Inside the check box were drawers and shelves to hold cooking tools and supplies.Features canvas top, water pail, bed roll, water pail, pair of shackles with key, water gord, cast iron skillet,Chuckwagon  triangle dinner bell, a drop down chuck box in back with drop down working table, on wood and iron wheels with a height of 46", 38" long (56" with drop down table) and 24" wide. Rolls well and is a realistic example of Western American history.
