I cannot be held liable for packages that are lost/undelivered/damaged.  Insurance is available only for registered mail, parcel post and packet services.. Insurance beyond 0 for USA packages is only available with Tracked Packet or Expedited Parcel services.
I only accept Paypal payments from buyers with confirmed addresses. Please do not pay until I send your invoice.
Please contact me prior to returning any item.  Returns are only accepted for items that are significantly different that they were described (eg, I sent the wrong item, picture was not of the correct item).  Item must remain in the original holder and be in the same condition in which it was sent.
Please note that I do sell coins and other collectibles at other venues. I try to remove sold items as soon as possible.
